What you are explaining also exists but it's not what's called commission. A dealer will not accept a 2million price hike because prices are usually standardised and it would look like he is too expensive in the market hence scaring the customers.
Commission is done by percentage or a certain figure set based on price.
But what you saying is trying, you can add a few hundred thousands which the dealer can give to you
