@renault_uk@parksmotorgroup How can it be closed when an independent report states that the damaged was due to a failure of the engine and not caused by a week late service! Again whilst having to self isolate and two of your Renault mechanics also having self isolate 🤷🏻♂️ You should be ashamed!

@parksmotorgroup That’s why I had to get an independent inspection carried out as you wanted £1100 to look at and £8500 to put a new engine in it! A new engine in a van of 2 years old and 4500 miles short of the recommended 24k. The engine could not be fit for purpose! What a poor quality engine!

@parksmotorgroup You have investigated it further and are just walking away from it. A service that is slightly late and 4500 miles under what you recommend does not cause two blown turbos and a new engine. Christmas and your mechanics having to self isolate! Me included!
Then want to charge me £1100 just to look at it? Total charge for a 2yr old van £8500. Both turbos gone and a new engine? Surely vehicle is not fit for purpose?

@renault_uk You have written my warranty off for being marginally over my service date, thousands of miles below the scheduled 24000 and the service has nothing to do with engine failure or injection failure! He sent why I have to make this complaint public as it is absolutely outrageous!
