Business Process & AI Automation specialist. I help businesses automate manual internal Ops, save time and scale faster. n8n | Zapier | Airtable | AI-agent
Hi 👋, I’m Ultra
I help businesses automate boring, repetitive tasks, streamline internal operations, and scale faster by turning manual bottlenecks into structured, reliable systems.
Most teams don’t struggle because they lack effort.
They struggle because their processes don’t scale.
I design automation systems that remove friction, reduce human error, and create operational clarity, so growth doesn’t break your backend.
My focus is simple:
ROI.
Stability.
Long-term scalability.
This isn’t about stacking tools.
It’s about building systems that work, even when you’re not watching them.
If your operations feel heavier than they should,
there’s probably a smarter way to run them.
That’s where I come in.

Unwittingly, Portable confirmed Ycee's point here. Every time they try to push back against the "Olodo Uprising" tag, they end up validating it.
What annoys me most is this tiring rebuttal about someone "not having money." Anytime reason fails them, that's where they run.
It’s such a pity that they e have elevated material wealth to the highest standard of social approval, to the point where excellence, intelligence, and sound reasoning are dismissed if they aren't coming from someone who is richer than the subject. It's a societal malady.
Since when did someone's bank balance become the measure of whether their argument makes sense? If a person isn't as rich as you, does that automatically make everything they say invalid?

A CRM doesn't create a pipeline.
Consistent follow-through does.
I was building a workflow in HubSpot today and it reminded me of something I've seen repeatedly:
Most sales processes don't break at lead generation.
They break after a deal enters the pipeline.
A task gets assigned.
Nobody completes it.
The deal sits untouched.
Momentum disappears.
So instead of relying on memory and good intentions, I built a workflow that creates accountability in the process.
✅ When a new deal is created, Task #1 is automatically assigned to the deal owner.
✅ HubSpot waits for completion of that task.
✅ If the task is completed, the workflow automatically creates the next task in the process.
✅ If it isn't completed within the defined timeframe, a reminder is sent to the deal owner before the workflow continues.
Simple workflow.
But an important lesson:
The goal of automation isn't to replace people.
The goal is to make sure important actions don't get forgotten.
A lot of teams focus on generating more leads.
Sometimes the bigger opportunity is improving what happens after those leads enter the pipeline.
Because a predictable pipeline is usually the result of predictable processes.
What's one repetitive task in your sales process that still depends entirely on someone remembering to do it?
Hi 👋, I’m Ultra.
I build GTM systems that help businesses generate more leads, create a healthier pipeline, and scale revenue without scaling operational chaos.
Think of systems that connect lead generation, data enrichment, CRM operations, outreach, and automation into a repeatable revenue engine.
My focus is simple:
• More qualified leads
• Better pipeline visibility
• Higher operational efficiency
• Sustainable revenue growth
• Scalable GTM systems
This isn’t about adding more tools.
It’s about building systems that help teams move faster, make better decisions, and create efficiency gains that compound over time.
Because predictable growth starts with predictable systems.
