@JamesWoodfield@implausibleblog Ministerial duty to be truthful? You’re joking of course.
It needs to be a legal obligation with criminal consequences if we are going to get the truth. MP’s immunity from prosecution needs to be rescinded.
@SaulStaniforth I hope Richard Madeley has he good grace and intelligence to publicly and unreservedly apologise for what he is implying by his question. Disgraceful.
@HackedOffHugh I agree Hugh.
We just have the wrong sort of people in politics, in all parties. We need people who want to make our country better for all its inhabitants and not themselves.
@RevRichardColes CalMac don’t own the ferries . They lease them from the Scottish government (CMAL). They can only operate the knackered old ferries they are given and end up the scapegoat.
@AgentP22 The last time they did this the total tax take went down as high earners left. What do they say about not learning from previous mistakes?
SNP strategy: kill off industry and bleed dry anyone still left in a job.
What a way to run a country.
@AgentP22 I find it amazing that no ministers apparently asked probing questions about the finances after Douglas chapman resigned. That’s verging on negligence.
It feels like Douglas Chapman was the only honest one in government.
@needtoknow_uk Excellent response . Richard madeley are paid vast sums with programmes aiming to cause dissent and division.
Neither of them would work for a junior doctors salary.
The media need to ask what the long game of the Tory party is.. it’s simple drive the NHS into privatisation.
@markthehibby There’s no debate. Of course she would. ….and they’d have to if we went independent. They’d have to increase taxes like there’s no tomorrow.
