@BlueairUS Have tried to email the customer service 3 times already, still waiting for a response. Is the support request through the website form (and the follow up email to the zendesk case) not read by the customer support?
@lyft@AskLyft I’m just asking for the goddamn progress on the “escalation” that apparently was going nowhere in the past 12 days, and apparently you muted my message or something and are not reading it while you’re replying to other people.
@lyft@AskLyft What is so hard about just asking me an ID to bypass the security question that is no longer valid? Does it really require 2 weeks of hassle, the rep being a smartass, and escalation to multiple departments?
@lyft is completely ignoring my inquiries about account login problem for over 12 days and now @AskLyft is completely ignoring my at-mentions and DMs. And it all began from an unhelpful passive-aggressive reply from a rep. What a stink of a customer service.
@AskLyft@lyft I have not heard back from Lyft since 12 days ago when you said the login issue is being investigated (when it started even before that and the rep ghosted on me). Now none of my DM to @AskLyft is ignored while you reply to others. Why?
@AskLyft Is @lyft customer service channel so backlogged and inundated that simply mentioning that the security question is outdated and improper suddenly makes me deprioritized for 10 days, when you can just check my goddamn ID and be done with it?
@AskLyft I’ve been trying to revive an account I have not used for a while, and the validation question asks for an expired credit card that of course I no longer had for 3y. I’m not getting any response after the passive aggressive one from your support.
