@TMobile This is unacceptable. Bought 3 phones during Black Friday 2025 promo, trade-ins done 12/27. Since Jan 2026, credits drop EVERY month. Multiple calls&“fixes,” still overcharged via AutoPay. This is Systemic failure. Fix permanently + refund Pls. @TMobileHelp @MikeSievert

I sent a laptop to repair my laptop & used express service, only to be claimed (blamed) by DELL that my laptop is damaged. Interestingly I took pictures (provided it to DELL) just before it was shipped. Poor service and no response.
