The Prophet ﷺ warned us about a habit that steals contentment from the heart.
It’s not haram income.
It’s not missed prayers.
It’s not falling short in worship.
It’s something you probably did this morning.
Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever recites Sūrat Al-Kahf on Friday, it will illuminate him with light from one Friday to the next."

The Prophet ﷺ said that no one says this du’a in a state of anxiety or grief except that Allah removes his distress and replaces it with relief.
The Prophet ﷺ , whenever he was afflicted with distress, would say:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
Recite the Qur'an as long as your hearts agree to do so, and when you feel variance between them (between your hearts and tongues), then get up (and leave its recital for the time being).
(Muslim Book 34, Hadith 6444)
Whenever your heart truly wants something to happen, whisper this:
اللَّهُمَّ خَيْرًا فِي كُلِّ أَمْرٍ اِنْتَظِرُهُ
Allahumma khairan fii kulli amrin antaziruh.
“Ya Allah, grant me the best in everything that I am waiting for” ❤️🩹
