Both Steve and Tony made it impossible to keep the Avengers together and therefore are both wrong.

Even if Steve knew what the accords meant, the only decision to make was to keep the Avengers together which both Steve and Tony made impossible.

The accords could be disavowed later so like Tony, Steve also missed the bigger picture.

One does not simply recreate Fury Road👌

Instead we got a prequel that tells its own story while pulling off the impossible by enriching the masterpiece that is already Fury Road into a 5h epic.
