@SamsungIndia#overheating S20 FE Exynos phone. Less than 1 week old. Service Center reproduced it. But not ready to replace. Reproduced issue even after s/w update while resetting the Factory settings, or taking 4K videos. Shady practices !!!
@SamsungExynos@SamsungIndia#overheating why selling such under quality phone. If you can’t support multitasking why put 8GB ram. Why it’s not mentioned in product description page. If we can’t use 4K why have that feature
@SamsungIndia@SamsungExynos#Overheating Exynos 990 in Samsung S2 FE is overheating a lot even for operations like taking 4K video for 3-4 minutes, factory reset phone, Facebook/ Instagram. According to head office support, phone is to be used only at 1080p :(.Very bad for FE
#overheating@SamsungIndia@SamsungExynos phone meant to be used with multitasking. Your support team is advising not to multitask in the phone. If you do phone overheats. Heats beyond 48*C even 50*C, which is abnormal per standard. But for your team it’s not per their feedback
@SamsungIndia Did that, but no solution. Please help channel request. Initially agreed on abnormalities but now denying the same. Service center is not ready to talk on the same . Called 25 times no response.
@SamsungIndia abnormal heating issues with S20 FE exynos version in less than one week. Going 50*C just like that . Service center confirmed the problem. What will be the solution?
@Apple@tim_cook iPhone 12 owners can’t use old adapter due to change in the cable design. They end up buying new one. You can brag reduction in carbon footprint, but other manufacturers aren’t going to be as environment friendly as you. You indirectly cause harm to environment.
@Airtel_Presence you advertise to recharge much before the validity ends, but if we do you take away remaining days , isn’t it a way of stealing/penalising common man. HelpDesk’s aye that’s how system designed. @HarmeenM@VittalGopal
@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence you send messages to pre recharge before pack expires, but when do so reduce validity instead of aggregating. Why you robbing customers money even after hiking prices.
