Shocking negligence by @bankofbaroda! How can the same Cheque No. 001856 be clear TWICE for two different amounts & entities?

Serious discrepancy noticed in @bankofbaroda CTS clearing process. Cheque No. 001856 (A/c ...0479) was debited for ₹6,221 on 25-03-2026. However, the genuine physical leaf is still with me, issued for ₹49,350.

Same cheque no. Different entity and different amount how bank shall may pass complete case of the deficiency in service as well as CTS failure. zero customer support wasting customer time and truth worthy of the customer
