@IFB_Appliance I bought a IFB WF Executive ZXM 8.5/6.5 kg front loading wm from Great Eastern, Siliguri on 17/03/23 for my new flat. Now at the time of installation, techinician refused to install in a completely dry toilet and asked me to sign declaration to forgo warranty

He also said that if I insist him to listen to the issue, I need to visit the showroom on next working day, take the pain of repeating and dictating the same issue to him again and then only he will take note of the issue & phone in his custody for making necessary repair. 3/5
