@pontecorvoste Sir with due respect ,if municipalities didn't answer than what will be the solution because some cases are from 17 months 1 year.and if the applicants didn't deliver right documents why embassy didn't demand required documents in that long period.please solve our cases.thanks

@pontecorvoste Thanks for reply.sir my husband is British we applied family visa 07/17 in embassy.does over case fall in complicated cases which one you mentioned yesterday.and because of that reason we still waiting or embassy still have signed passport to return.its 10 months wait.thanks.

@pontecorvoste Honourable ambassador how do we know that which case is complex because my husband is British we applied on 07/17 in embassy. It's 10 months but still waiting while people applied in 12/17 recieved their passports,which is just in 4 months.many thanks for your efforts.
