In the murder case of Waris Ali, which took place on May 20, 2026, five people have reportedly been arrested so far. Waris Ali's daughter, Swalihah, has released a video appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, seeking justice and demanding strict action against the accused, including bulldozer action.

Swalihah alleges that her father had sold a 30×60 plot to Arun Yadav for ₹35 lakh, but through alleged fraud and forgery, around 12.5 bighas of land reportedly worth nearly ₹10 crore were transferred in the name of Arun Yadav's driver, Abhishek Bhadauria.
She further claims that Aman Yadav, the younger brother of the main accused Arun Yadav, is still roaming free and that her family continues to face threats to their safety.

In her video, Swalihah questioned what she sees as unequal treatment, saying: "If my father had killed a Hindu person, wouldn't our house have been bulldozed by now? Wouldn't my family have faced an encounter? Wouldn't links to Pakistan have been alleged? Wouldn't the media be running this story day and night?"

She said that justice should be measured by the same standard for everyone. Whether the victim is Hindu or Muslim, the law should provide equal justice without discrimination.

This reminds me of Maharao Raydhan Singh, the king of Kutch and a convert to Islam, whose courtiers threatened to depose him for apostasy.

He is said to have replied, "Raj (kingdom) is from Rabb (God); if He wishes, none of you can depose me."

And guess what? He was deposed in 1786 through a court conspiracy after being declared mentally ill. Local Muslims believe this was a test from God of his steadfastness.

He remained a Muslim throughout that time and did not leave Islam. In 1802, he was restored to power and ruled the kingdom until his death in 1813.

जेल से आते वक़्त मैं दो रोटी साथ ले कर आया था। जो मेरे उस दिन के रात के खाने का हिस्सा थीं। इन रोटियों को ना सिर्फ़ चबाना मुश्किल है पचाना भी बहुत मुश्किल है। छह साल तीन महीने जेल में इन रोटियों को खाने बाद हर उस नयमत का एहसास हो गया जो अल्लाह ने अता कर रखी थी। आयिंदाह भी यह एहसास बाकी रह के अल्लाह रब्बुल इज़्ज़त ने क्या क्या नयमतें नवाज़ी हैं। साथ ही मेरे उन भाइयों की फ़िक्र भी मौजूद रहे जो अभी भी इन रोटियों को ज़िन्दान्न में तोड़ रहे हैं। यह एक मुश्किल काम है लेकिन नामुमकिन नहीं राह ए हक़ पर चलने वालों को ये सब झेलना ही पड़ता है। मुश्किल सिर्फ़ इस यकीन के साथ आसान हो जाती है के अल्लाह रब्बुल इज़्ज़त इन परेशानियों का बेहतरीन बदला देगा।

Com o aumento na média da temperatura mundial em 3°C até 2050, essa região irá atingir o bulbo úmido letal várias vezes, significa que teremos migração de milhões de pessoas nas próximas décadas, isso só falando da Índia.

Esse é o caos que muitos analistas geopolíticos não estão incluindo nas suas análises sobre a mudança na ordem global.
Eu incluo porque é o fator principal, estamos falando em colapso civilizatório global, isso conta muitos mais do que as loucuras dos EUA em desespero pelo seu declínio hegemônico.

Os países precisam correr para conseguir fazer adaptações climáticas profundas, com o atual modelo de governança assimétrico e imperialista, não está sobrando dinheiro para as nações investirem nem na transição energética para reduzir a velocidade em que o planeta aquece.

É uma loucura ver isso e saber que um país está tentando sabotar a sobrevivência de várias nações e a estabilidade internacional.
