@shms_law لدي موظف ووظيفته مهمة، بدونها ممكن يتعطل الانتاج. وهو مستهتر فيغيب بدون اذن وبدون عذر. وقد تكرر هذا الفعل منه مرات عده وانذرناه شفهيا. واعطيناه انذار كتابي، ولكن كرر فعلته خلال ١٠ ايام من الانذار الكتابي، فهل استطيع فصله عن العمل بدون دفع مستحقاته ؟
