Following the Kano State Government’s response to our report on the ₦235.4 million classroom project at GGSSS Permanent Site, Massu, we have issued a press statement clarifying the basis of our findings.

Our findings were based on the state’s own Q4 2025 Budget Implementation Report and a field verification visit in June 2026, during which our team was unable to locate the named school or verify the classroom project.

Tracka remains open to official clarification and calls on the Kano state government to provide evidence on the project’s location, implementation status, contractor, payments and related records.

Public funds must deliver value to the people.
