Today we partnered with @sustainableumbc to serve up some Blue Catfish at True Grit’s! This type of catfish is invasive to the Chesapeake Bay and feeds on crabs and oysters, so it’s actually a good thing to fish it! It’s tasty too (yes, that is Old Bay hot sauce on top!)
