Planning a series of interactive murals with a local school in 2022. An initial piece with angel wings and a decorative border- which the students, educators and community can photograph themselves with. After that, a series of ten others with blackboard spaces to write in.
So nice to see the wind chime we made for client Tammy Hogendoorn hanging in her amazing midnight phantasy garden, which she has created at her beautiful Kloof home. Happy to see our work so beautifully displayed and enjoyed 🙏
So pleased to see me included in the initial layouts for the book for the Octopus Movements Project 398. Thanks Perry Knoppert- appreciate being included and look forward to working together. Thanks Mike McFadyean for helping me
prepare and submit my work 🙏
A visit to Reservoir Hills to see the marigolds, eat some veg curry and samosas and then home to try capture that colour and energy on some fun door stoppers 🙏
Yesterday had the pleasure of helping (three Final Year Fine Art Students from DUT): Tema Ndzimandze; Andile Zulu and Lindiwe Mbambalala - with an interview with us and Lyn McIlvaney (a Community Volunteer). The students needed the information for their CSR assignment.
Beautiful blue skies so we paint blue and green door stoppers and we make a chandelier. Please keep all your wine corks for me- need a lot for this chandelier 🙏
Yesterday we also handed over the completed leopard we have been working on with Robyn Schlemmer and her Tech Students at Clifton- as part of their Big 5 Collection 🙏
Today, working with Facilities Crew at Clifton we installed the Clifton Badge, made from acrylics, wood and recycled plastic. 35 litres of glue later it’s up and sparkling and we are so proud of the work we did with Wendy Meyer, Karlien Erasmus and their art students. 🙏
