I am deeply disappointed and mentally exhausted by your after-sales support. My bedroom AC has been repaired twice in the same season, but it is still not working despite paying heavy repair charges.
My AC is only 3 years old. A middle-class customer cannot keep buying a new AC every 2 or 3 years after paying thousands in official repair charges.
This has become a painful and helpless experience.
