پنجاب میں وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز شریف کے منصب سنبھالنے کے بعد دو سال پہلے کاروبار کو آسان بنانے، ریگولیٹری فریم ورک اور این او سیز کو یکجا کرنے کا عمل شروع کیا گیا۔ ای بزنس ون ونڈو آپریشن کے تحت 28 محکموں کے پروسیسز کو ڈیجیٹل اور آسان بنایا گیا۔
اب تک 2 لاکھ 10 ہزار درخواستیں موصول ہوئیں جن میں سے 1 لاکھ 76 ہزار منظور ہو چکی ہیں اور 95 فیصد درخواستیں 15 دن کے اندر منظور کی گئیں۔

A waiting list of 15,000 children awaiting life-saving heart surgeries has been brought down to ZERO! When I assumed office in 2024, thousands of families were waiting for hope, while many children had already lost their lives to disease and apathy.
Our resolve is clear: no child should lose the chance to live simply because their family cannot afford treatment.

الحمدللہ مجھے یہ بتاتے ہوئے بہت خوشی محسوس ہو رہی ہے کہ جس وقت ہم نے حکومت سنبھالی اس وقت دل کے امراض میں مبتلا 15,000 معصوم بچے سرجری کے لیے انتظار کی طویل فہرست میں تھے لیکن آج "چیف منسٹر چلڈرن ہارٹ سرجری پروگرام" کے تحت 16,173 بچوں کے مفت اور کامیاب آپریشنز مکمل ہو چکے ہیں اور وہ ویٹنگ لسٹ اب مکمل طور پر ختم ہو چکی ہے۔ ان معصوم دلوں کی ہر نئی دھڑکن اور والدین کی دعائیں ہی ہماری سب سے بڑی طاقت ہیں۔ ہر بچے کی مسکراہٹ اور محفوظ زندگی کے لیے ہماری یہ جدوجہد اسی طرح جاری رہے گی۔ انشاءاللہ!

مولانا فضل الرحمٰن جیسے سینئر سیاستدان، جو خود دہشت گردی کا شکار رہے ہیں، ان سے دہشت گردی کی پشت پناہی کرنے والوں کی حمایت کی توقع نہیں تھی۔ نااہلی، نالائقی اور کرپشن سے خیبر پختونخوا کی بربادی کے ذمہ داروں کو کٹہرے میں کھڑا کرنے کے بجائے ان کی حمایت میں بات کرنا نہایت افسوسناک ہے۔

جن کی حمایت میں بیانات جاری ہو رہے ہیں، ان سے پوچھا جائے کہ کیا تیرہ سال میں وہ کسی ایک شہید کے جنازے میں بھی شریک ہوئے؟ الٹا دہشت گردوں کو پناہ دی، انہیں پالا پوسا اور پاکستان پر حملہ آور ہونے کے لیے وسائل، پناہ گاہیں اور اپنے صوبے کی زمین فراہم کی۔

یہ وہی لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے خیبر پختونخوا میں نااہلی کے انبار لگا دیے، وہاں کے عوام کی زندگیاں تباہ و برباد کر دیں اور انہیں دہشت گردی کی نذر کر دیا۔ صوبے کے قیمتی وسائل دھرنوں اور احتجاجوں پرخرچ کر دیے، اور تیرہ قیمتی سال کرپشن اور نالائقی کی نذر کر دیے۔

جس سپہ سالار نے معرکۂ حق میں ملک کو تاریخی فتح سے ہمکنار کیا اور جس کی قیادت میں پاکستان کو حرمین شریفین کے تحفظ کا اعزاز ملا، اس کے بارے میں مولانا صاحب کے الفاظ نے ہر محبِ وطن پاکستانی کا دل دکھایا ہے۔

پاک فوج کے افسر اور جوان آج بھی دہشت گردی کا ناسور ختم کرنے کے لیے سینوں پر گولیاں کھا رہے ہیں۔ ہر روز کسی ماں کا لختِ جگر، کسی بہن کا بھائی اور کسی کا شوہر سبز ہلالی پرچم میں لپٹ کر گھر آتا ہے۔ان شہیدوں کے لہو کو سلام پیش کرنے اور اپنی فوج کے ساتھ کھڑے ہونے کے بجائے دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کی راہ میں رکاوٹ بننے والوں کا ساتھ دینا آپ کے شایانِ شان نہیں۔

آپ کی جماعت نے خود دہشت گردی کے زخم سہے ہیں، آپ کے ساتھیوں نے شہادتیں دی ہیں۔ اور جن کی حمایت میں آج آپ کھڑے ہیں، کل یہی آپ کے بارے میں انتہائی ناشائستہ زبان استعمال کرتے اور ذاتی حملے کرتے رہے ہیں۔ دہشت گردی کے متاثرین کا دہشت گردی کی پشت پناہی کرنے والوں کے ساتھ کھڑا ہونا کم از کم میری سمجھ سے باہر ہے۔

خیبر پختون خواہ میں میں اپنی حکومت کے خاتمے کا ذمہ دار اور کوئی نہیں تحریک انصاف خود ہے۔

I was told that you had asked for laptops, so I decided to give each one of you a laptop. I was surprised that we were treating women as a separate segment when, MashAllah, they make up 51% of our entire population.

So, I abolished that quota. And as a result, I want to share with you that across all our schemes, whether it is electric bikes, Honhaar Scholarships, the laptop scheme or any other initiative, more than 60% of the recipients are women.
