@TataAIA_Life the last SR 97718318 hasn’t even closed despite the expiry of 3 days period, I can see another one 97981424 has been opened. When are you resolving the first one? I received a message today that policy will lapse If I don’t pay? Really? Was this delay 4 mkng money?

I would feel as I am doing a national service when I advise the common citizens of India to “not opt” for @TataAIA_Life insurance products as you will make yourself a fool and will end up feeling like a helpless soul. They will make you run around and you won’t get an answer

@TataAIA_Life My service request raised on 21st Jan 2024 was supposed to have been resolved in 3 days but today is 4th day and it still shows as “open” and when I called the “dedicated” NRI Call number today, the executive on other end did not have a clue

@TataAIA_Life May I know if u would be able to reply for my SR No. 97951563 before the expiry of 30 days of grace period. If it lapses the onus lies on you, your pathetic customer care and hopeless website design. It’s been 27 days I’ve been waiting after registering 7 requests.

Care..It’s been 24 days and my 6 ser req were closed without any reason and 7th has already crossed 3 days, no response. No one knows. Website can’t move without the PINCODE. Frustrating, endless wait. Most trustworthy brand of the country. Really!

Pathetic services at #tataaig customer care. First they misinformed and then the system
Is so rigid that NRIs can’t do much about it. It’s been 11 days and they have been are not able to resolve the issues. Moving in circles. GOD save the customers.
