As India’s unilateral and illegal actions of 5 August 2019 in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) complete seven years, no amount of rhetoric can alter the internationally recognized disputed status of Jammu and Kashmir or deny the rights of its people enshrined in international law and the relevant UN Security Council resolutions.

🇦🇫 I'm a proud Afghan Muslim, and Hindus have never been my enemies. 🇮🇳

I'm truly fed up with how some Pakistanis keep pulling the religion card every time I speak up for India or when Afghan and Indian leaders meet. They try to twist everything into "Muslims vs Hindus," acting like they're the defenders of Islam and India is the enemy of Muslims.

But let's be honest: their government and army have directly and indirectly killed countless innocent Afghans — including women and children — over the last many years. They've played a big role in the pain and destruction my country has suffered. India, on the other hand, has never done that. India has stood by us with help, respect, and support in tough times.

Our friendship and enmity are not decided by religion. They are decided by actions and intentions.

You can follow any faith — if you kill my people and destroy my country, you are my enemy. If you respect us, help us, and show good intentions, you are my friend. It's that simple.

You cannot keep harming Afghans for decades and then expect us to support you over India just because we share the same religion. That doesn't work anymore.

I stand with India today, tomorrow, and always. My whole country sees who our real friends are. We will support India against any regime that bombs and hurts Afghan civilians.

Hindus are not our enemies — they have been good friends who helped us when we needed it most.
