A 14-year-old girl, daughter of a poor house maid abandoned by her husband, is being denied admission to Class 9 at Govt. School, Harkesh Nagar, despite the age limit being 15.

BSES Customer Care says BSES finance dept. doesn’t allow international Visa or Master cards which seems ridiculous since at end of the day we stands 2 receive foreign exchg. Checked no regulatory bar on receiving such payments. Petrol Pump, Hospital n Indian merchants do not deny

@bsesdelhi It’s ironical BSES doesn’t accept international Credit Cards 4 Bill payments, while other agencies across board accept. In old age with no source of income if children abroad intend 2 help by paying bills, can’t even extend such small help. Suggest BSES look into it.

@PanasonicIndia Very poor quality Multisocket 6A x 3 sold in brand of Anchor, 1mm tightening screws just for top cover doesn’t stay for 2 months, bought 14 in 16 months.… suggest boycott the product n company being insensitive 🥲

@IFBAppliances I request that this matter be escalated qimmediately n accountability be fixed with concerned Customer Care n Service Centre. Appropriate action or penalty should be considered to ensure such negligence is not repeated.

@IFBAppliances Fed-up with continuously following up CustCare, no proper reply. All IFB products which I hv want to sale out. AI tool for service request pathetic, everyday gives next day slot. Finally today told Service request Cancelled even Service center said same.

I was right, complaint booked on 5th 1019318272 was cancelled until this morning. Just received “Dear Customer, Your ticket no is 1019375286 . IFB representative will contact shortly.

Pathetic service n how adversely customers are treated - corporate culture.
