That’s N73b made from what banks in the UK, U.S. and Canada make zilch from in the same period.

If you keep N10m in a Nigerian bank, that money will reduce to N9m something within 3 months. I tested this in January with a new account, it reduced within a week.

If you keep $10k in a U.S. bank of the same type of account as above, it will be $10k after 10 years.

I opened a Lloyds account in 2019, they have never charged me even 0.00001p for account maintenance or any such anomaly.

Talk of “financial inclusion” is a joke if poor people keep N10k in their account and have to lose tens of their money every month just because the bank breathes.
