Later, we spend our lives looking for these parcels, hoping to meet someone who can help us find these lost, splintered pieces of ourselves.”

“From birth, each of us sets out to discover who we really are. But when trauma occurs, we create ways to survive. Often we split into pieces and abandon the most vulnerable parts of ourselves, boxing them up in tidy packages and tossing them away.
My study schedule:
1 hour: studying and meanwhile warming up my study area/blanket etc
1 hour: removing all the warmth by messing out everything around me to search the stationary I'd just kept somewhere 😑
Strived SO hard to complete watching this series of 9 videos of each being more than 1.5 hours and taking notes simultaneously today only to come to know now that it has 4 more actually.
*Got dark circles and headache* :/
Was watching a comedy show on youTube which had 45+M views and everyone was dying out of laughter but all the while I couldn't even feign a smile. Seems a very serious issue 🥺
If I've only two sons like him, I'll be on cloud nine 😄. See how sensitive this kid is, he might have seem his mother working all along and felt hurt. Allaahumma barik lahū 💞
I love when I revisit an old situation and I just feel light about it. I don’t feel hurt, angry or reactive. I just feel neutral. This is a really good place to be.

4. Allāh has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence; but approval from Allāh is greater. It is that which is the great attainment. (At-Taubah 9:72)
1. How closely nature is linked with mentality. A walk in the woods can calm anxiety, sitting and dropping stones into a lake can ease anger, even taking time to pot some plants and look after them can keep my mind occupied from dissociation.
3. How He has prepared perpetual gardens and rivers, He Azzwa'jal exactly knows what we eternally long for and the reward He has stored for us will never despair us.
