My take on Ramen Carbonara 🍜

The ingredients

- 1 packet Samyang Ramen (preferably carbonara flavoured)
- 100g of Guanciale (cured pork cheek) or pancette
- 3 egg yolks
- 40g of grated Parmesan
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil (optional)
