I flew out on Lufhthansa flight, connected into United Airlines on a long haul flight only to have no luggage. That is bad enough but then no ownership to really help me in to get my bag or get to speed on how to get some items.

To this day no one has reached out.

This is not an alliance for flyers. Just had first hand experience of how airlines in this alliance are not connected to help passengers make thier journey seemless.

Not customer centric...they need to rename as it was neither an alliance nor Star experience.

Booked a BA flight direct thinking it would be easy to change dates in the current pandemic times but had nothing but poor service. Being passed to go onto manage my booking only to find cant do it there and when I call they say they cant help....absute shambles.#BritishAirways
