@MiStormChasers I lived in Bay City at the time and remember every low-lying area being underwater. We had a dip in our big backyard that turned into a lake. Every home I’ve purchased since (4 over the yrs) the 1st thing I look at is elevation and slope of land. Always buy the high ground.

@RyanKennedy_22 I signed up to coach kindergarten soccer (never played, never watched) for this reason. At the end of the season there was a school event I had to go in my scrubs, and 3 parents of players told me they didn’t think I had a job because I had “so much free time” to coach. 🙄
