#VisitRwanda at your own risk! Criticise Kagame’s regime, and you may never make it home in one piece. What a brilliant PR strategy, Kigali! Who needs bad publicity when you can apparently turn a tourism campaign into a human rights nightmare?

Request to the US Embassy to Review Clenia Dusenge @MadederiOG Visa Over Links to Kagame’s Transnational Repression
We will ensure the U.S. Embassy in Rwanda thoroughly reviews the visa application of @MadederiOG (Clenia Dusenge).
She recently married Rugamba Faustin and is in the process of applying for a U.S. visa to join him. On October 3 she publicly listed Rwandan exiles in Uganda—including the late Sergeant Major Robert Kabera—and appealed to General Muhoozi Kainerugaba over their criticism of President Kagame. Days later, Kabera was found beheaded near Kampala.
This fits a documented pattern of Kagame’s transnational repression against critics abroad. Her pending visa application (to join her husband) must face full security and inadmissibility screening under U.S. immigration law.
@USAmbRwanda@USCIS@StateDept@ERO__Phoenix@ERODetroit please examine her posts, the timing of events, and all available evidence before any decision is made.
We will keep raising this issue until a proper review occurs.

Kagame admitting on HardTalk that he was responsible for killing the Rwadan president in 1994. The assassination triggered the genocide.
No Rwandan living in Rwanda has the freedom to share this video. Kagame would kill them.
Rwanda is not a country but a concentration camp.
@gatetedemanager Stability is what, you dumbass? Financial? Educational? Or what? Who the fuck do you think you are to come and tell the people who voted for their leaders Yuko they shouldn’t ask for more? Sustainable stability is predicted by how satisfied the people are!
It’s so sad that @GovUganda and @PoliceUg have failed repeatedly to protect #RwandeseRefugees in Uganda against criminal @PaulKagame transnational repression. It’s time for @UNHCRuganda to relocate them to another country with the capacity to provide and guarantee their safety.
Des images sauvées lors d'un coup d'État au Ghana en 1966 sont aujourd'hui mises en lumière par IShowSpeed. Le streamer américain est devenu producteur d'un documentaire consacré à la mémoire des indépendances africaines :
#France — A video has been published showing police blending into crowds in an attempt to provoke unrest.
As protests continue in France over concrete demands, including increased funding for education and an end to funding the war in Ukraine, far-right groups are trying to discredit demonstrations attended by millions of people by focusing on street clashes. Yet many of these clashes with the police begin after the police resort to uncontrolled violence and attacks, particularly against students.
On this platform, numerous far-right accounts, including football pages, are also doing everything they can to discredit the demonstrations attended by millions of people in France. Whenever they get the chance, these same accounts also promote the propaganda of neo-nazis who attack students.
Sergeant Major Robert Kabera, a former Rwandan soldier who fled to Uganda and became an outspoken critic of @PaulKagame’s government, was brutally murdered. His mutilated body was discovered on October 17, 2026, in circumstances too horrific to comprehend. My deepest condolences go to his family and loved ones.
Whether this is another act of transnational repression by the Rwandan government remains to be established through an independent investigation. However, Robert would not be the first Rwandan dissident to be killed in exile. We cannot ignore the history of attacks against critics abroad, nor the chilling effect such crimes have on those who dare to speak out.
These tactics have been extensively documented by human rights organisations. In its 2023 report, “Join Us or Die: Rwanda’s Extraterritorial Repression,” @HRW documented killings, kidnappings, enforced disappearances, threats and intimidation targeting Rwandan critics living abroad.

Even more disturbing are the reactions of some pro-Kagame voices who are currently celebrating Robert's death. How did we reach a point where fellow Rwandans celebrate the brutal killing of another human being simply because they disagree with his political views?
Years of portraying political dissent as betrayal, treating critics as enemies of the state and equating loyalty to Rwanda with loyalty to one individual or the regime in power have contributed to a dangerous culture of intolerance and dehumanization. When people are repeatedly taught to see dissenters as enemies rather than fellow citizens, cruelty becomes easier to justify. Eventually, even the brutal killing of a fellow human being can become a cause for celebration, as we are witnessing in some of the reactions to Robert's death. What has happened to our humanity?
And there is one fundamental truth we must never forget: Paul Kagame is not Rwanda. Rwanda is not Paul Kagame. Whoever convinced Rwandans that loving their country means unquestioningly supporting one man and the regime in power has done our nation a terrible disservice. Loyalty to our country should never be confused with loyalty to a political leader. Governments come and go, but Rwanda and its people remain.
We must learn to disagree politically without losing our humanity. We can criticise our leaders without becoming enemies of our country. And, perhaps most importantly, we must learn to defend the fundamental rights of people whose opinions we strongly oppose..
The circumstances surrounding Robert Kabera's death, including reports of previous threats against his life and appeals for protection, demand a thorough, independent and transparent investigation by Ugandan authorities.
Those responsible must be identified and held accountable, regardless of who they are or whom they serve.
