なお、Mini Max H3のために今回作らせたオレオレWebUI
こういうツールやTranslateおよびchatエージェント用のメタプロンプトをぜんぶおパスのバイブコーディングでつくった
だってComfyUI触りたくないし、動画生成のプロンプトなんて覚えられないもん

mini max h3も、やっぱ画面の推論量少ない方が早いんだな
したがってfl2vaかつ画面があまり動かないものの方が生成が早い
これはFのみ指定でSage triton + TE-Speed| 20stp
6.71s/stpで8秒動画なので通算134.29sで生成完了
まあVRAM24GBでRAM32GBならこんなもんか……

とりあえずmini max h3、動かせはした
RTX3090 VRAM24GB／RAM32GB
Sage Attention（KJNodes Patchノード）+ fl2vaモデル + MiniMaxH3ImageToVideoで20stpが今のところの品質と速度のベスト
結果、31.12s/stepで合計622.37s
i2vでの8秒の動画生成で10分くらいかかると思うと正直な……といった所感ではある

乗り換え先はSparkとやらにしたいそうですが、私はAIにエージェント性能はあまり求めてはいないので正直微妙😂
まあ、API環境でそれっぽいことは再現できるので、そっちにイけ！ということなのかしらん

ああいう、カスタムプロンプトとrequired fileやRAG代わりのNotebookで染めてく使い方がGeminiという化けるモデルの性能を最大限に発揮していたのだから、残しとくほうが絶対得と思うんだが

てかそう！Gemini3.6 flashってGoogleAIStudioの無料枠で今あるんだね？
Thinkingさせられるしマルチモーダルで画像も音も渡せるんで、ローカル動画生成WebUIにチャット組み込んで相談してプロンプトつくらせたりとか、雑プロンプトからのTranslateツールとかでLLMつける場合はオススメのAPI先である

でも、プロンプトの追従性は高くてスゴイなと思った
Google AI studioの無料枠のGemini 3.6flashをAPIで喚んで画像見せてプロンプト組ませてるからようわからんけど

@MizukiAMANO1 私もマジでさっぱりなのでお力になれないかもなんですが、なんかそういえばこんなことを最初にやった記憶が……これやらないと動かんということで……
とはいえ、私はノートPCを公私用、クソデカPCはAI遊び用だから怖くないんですけど、なんか怖いですよね……マシン分けはだいじ！

私もRAMが貧弱なので最初ドチャクソ重かったんですが、sage attentionだのeasy cashとかComfyUI-MiniMax-H3-Turboカスタムノードとやらをおパスがみつけてきてi2vは今はなんとかこんなかんじです！
でも速さと品質がトレードオフでェ……結局ローカルで回せてもつよつよ環境がないとつくりたいモンはたくれないのか……🫠
