got these new balance’s for christmas and the heels on them are proper fucked up, realised they are not supposed to be like that at all so took them back to exchange them only to get told that they won’t exchange them because they believe my girlfriends DOG broke them

their evidence? the dog hair inside! i have worn these shoes a grand total of 4 times and after they blamed the dog and we said the dog is tiny and also did not sit on the shoes they said i must’ve worn them too much and been putting the shoes on wrong @newbalance @NewBalanceUK

bought 2 pairs of new balances same model, different colours & sizes from the same outlet and they’ve both gone unwearable after being worn no more than 5 times, the back has like collapsed in on itself on both shoes and all @newbalance @NewBalanceUK will do is give a £20 voucher
