The suspected Charlie Kirk shooter is alleged to have marked his ammunition with radical Antifa messaging and to have ascribed to radical Antifa ideology.

This organization has received large tax payer grants to operate. Your money.

This is a very good first step, but it doesn't yet replace Ottawa's RCMP in Alberta.

Once the new Alberta Police force is properly trained and staffed, I HIGHLY recommend the government of Alberta take the next step. Ottawa's RCMP long ago wore out their welcome in Alberta, and the last thing we need is Trudeau pulling their strings to bully Alberta and coerce what the Liberal government wants.

Let's get things done ASAP with the Alberta Police force, and then give the RCMP the permanent boot. What a great day that would be!

The #Coutts4: A Tale of Injustice in Canada's Bail System

Imagine a world where a group of peaceful protesters is denied bail while murderers and violent criminals roam free on the streets. This dystopian scenario might sound like a plot from a twisted sci-fi novel, but it's the harsh reality for the #Coutts4 in Canada.

The #Coutts4, a group of four individuals from the small town of Coutts, Alberta, have been held without bail for over 700 days. Their crime? Daring to stand up for their rights during the Freedom Convoy protests in 2022. Meanwhile, a plethora of murderers and violent offenders have been granted bail and are out on the streets, living their lives as if nothing happened.

Let's take a look at some of these cases:

Umar Zameer, accused of first-degree murder of Toronto Police Constable Jeffrey Northrup, was released on bail.
Marlena Isnardy, charged with the murder of 27-year-old Matthew Cholette in Kelowna, British Columbia, was also released on bail.
Tom Holden, accused of first-degree murder in the case of Lisa Dudley and her boyfriend Guthrie McKay in Mission, British Columbia, was released on bail.

Yet, the #Coutts4 remain behind bars without bail. The Canadian justice system seems to be sending a clear message: "Stand up for your rights, and you'll be treated like a murderer, but if you actually commit murder, you'll be just fine."

This injustice cannot be allowed to continue. It's time for federal and provincial politicians to take a stand and demand an explanation for the treatment of the #Coutts4. We must ask ourselves, is this the kind of Canada we want to live in? A Canada where peaceful protesters are treated worse than murderers?

It's time to demand change. Contact your local representatives and let them know that you won't stand for this blatant disregard for justice. The #Coutts4 deserve better, and so do all Canadians.

Remember, a government that denies the rights of its citizens is no government at all.

It is disgusting to watch as Convoy protesters stand trial for honking horns and face ten years in prison while people storm malls and tell police and patrons they will put them "6 feet deep" with no consequences at all.

The SILENCE of extreme activists who salivate seeing Convoy protestors prosecuted for disagreeing with them is equally deafening as a cause they align with continues to get violent and out of control.

Adam Skelly, the owner of Adamson BBQ, was the first to publicly stand against the mandates for those wishing to enjoy his restaurant. For that he paid dearly, starting with harassment by authorities and ending with his arrest, criminal charges laid against him and the additional threat of a significant lawsuit by the City of Toronto.

Adam has been granted a court date, set for October of 2024, to challenge the validity of the Reopening Ontario Act, Lockdown Regulation 82/20 and the authority of the Toronto Medical Officer of Health on legal and constitutional grounds.

The Crown has insisted that this challenge is frivolous, successfully arguing for a motion of security against him. If Adam is successful in his challenge, the Crown has agreed to drop the criminal charges and lawsuit. However, the motion of security means that he is now required to put up the funds for the case in advance to cover costs in the event of a loss.

Adam has been given a deadline of January 10th to raise $32k to meet the stipulations of this motion. If he is unsuccessful, his case will be forfeited and the charges of trespassing and mischief under $5,000, as well as the pending lawsuit by the City of Toronto, in the amount of $187k for police services during the protest, will proceed against him.

The government of Ontario needs to be held accountable for their actions that so grievously affected so many Canadian businesses and individuals.
