its 3pm, you’re on the terrace, the sun is shining, the ac is working, luciano is bumping, the CO2 shoots, the fog takes over, you lock eyes with with a guy across the room, it’s clavicular, the fog disappears, so does he, was he ever there, are you high, do you ever get nervous
@joecacola Not trying to compare ‘22/‘23 to ‘26 lineup just thought they were worth mentioning covering all the bases, especially with how some of the prior lineups to those years were considered shitshows. Roo is still hands down a goated fest, interested to see what crowd ‘26 attracts tho
@joecacola Only 23 so I never got to experience the OG Roo. I think ‘23 and ‘24 did a nearly perfect job of covering all genres and recent eras without reaching too hard, and this past summer’s lineup was just simply too good to be true, hence the storm
@joecacola 100%. Call me crazy but I wholeheartedly believe that putting even a newer age jam band like Goose as a headliner could move more ticket sales than Kesha or The Neighborhood unless the masses really yearn for nostalgia like that
@joecacola It definitely isn’t what it used to be. Agree to an extent but they truly are reaching too hard to cover everything, especially compared to their previous lineups. Obv they’re on low budget from last year but a good bit of the lineup is pretty garbo regardless of genre tbh
@IHATEMODELOS Nah last night was absolute fuego, dude must’ve expected Mau P to work the crowd like James Hype at a festival ☠️ Production mixing and everything was pretty phenomenal imo
