In the early 1950s, while most Americans were watching television and trusting the government, a quiet program was underway inside the CIA. It had a clinical-sounding name: MKUltra.
The goal was blunt. Control the human mind. Break it. Rebuild it. Make a person talk, forget, obey, or collapse without leaving obvious fingerprints.
They dosed people with LSD without their knowledge. They used hypnosis, prolonged isolation, sensory deprivation, electroshock, and experimental drugs. Some subjects were prisoners. Some were patients in psychiatric hospitals. Some were ordinary citizens who never knew they had been selected. In San Francisco, under a subproject called Midnight Climax, agency men watched through one-way mirrors as prostitutes slipped LSD into the drinks of unsuspecting clients.
Records later showed the program sprawled across universities, hospitals, prisons, and private clinics. Front organizations funneled the money so researchers often did not even know the true source. When the program was finally exposed in the mid-1970s by the Church Committee, the public learned that many of the most sensitive files had already been destroyed on the orders of the CIA director in 1973.
That is the official ending of the story.
But history rarely ends cleanly.
The techniques of the 1950s and 1960s look crude next to what is possible now. Mass behavioral data. Always-on surveillance. Precision pharmaceuticals. Targeted digital influence campaigns that can shape what millions of people see, feel, and believe without a single forced injection. Neuroscience has advanced. Psychology has advanced. The tools for studying and influencing human decision-making have become far more refined, quieter, and harder to detect.
None of this requires a secret basement laboratory with syringes. Influence can be delivered through screens, through algorithms, through carefully engineered environments and incentives. The old methods were blunt instruments. The new ones can be invisible.
MKUltra proved that powerful institutions were willing to experiment on people without consent when they believed the stakes were high enough. It also proved that records can vanish and that official statements of “termination” do not automatically erase the underlying interest in behavioral control.
Whether any direct lineal descendant of that program still exists in some classified form is not something the public can verify. What is verifiable is the documented past, the destroyed files, and the reality that technology has made sophisticated influence far more practical than it was in the age of acid and isolation tanks.
The question is no longer whether governments and powerful institutions study how to shape human behavior. That question was answered decades ago. The real question is how much of that capability operates in the open, how much remains hidden, and how much ordinary people are willing to notice.
History shows the capacity for abuse was real.
Technology shows the methods have only grown more sophisticated.
Vigilance is still required.
The files they burned did not erase the lesson.

America First: Stop Confusing the Bible With 1948 Politics

The 1948 State of Israel is not the Israel of the Bible.
Nowhere in Scripture does it mention, predict, or authorize a modern nation-state founded by the United Nations in 1948. The biblical “Israel” refers to the ancient people, the covenants with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and the historic land of the Israelites — not a 20th-century political entity created after World War II.
Prophecies about restoration are real. But equating those ancient promises with the specific 1948 government, borders, and secular state is an interpretation — not a direct biblical statement. The text simply doesn’t say that.
This matters because people keep treating political decisions in the Middle East as if they’re sealed with divine authority from Genesis. They’re not.
And while we’re talking about things people have been told for decades…
Charlie Kirk said it best on Iran:

None of those truths require the specific political events of 1948 to be the prophetic fulfillment. Treating 1948 as the biblical milestone often rests more on modern prophetic systems (certain forms of dispensationalism or Christian Zionism) than on the plain statements of the biblical text itself.
So Mr. Mark, without hedging: the Bible does not connect the dots to 1948. Interpreters do. Those are two different things.

There is no direct biblical prophecy that specifically predicts or requires the re-establishment of a modern nation-state of Israel in 1948.
The Bible contains many prophecies about the Jewish people returning to the land of Israel, the restoration of the people, and future blessings tied to the land. Those passages are real and should be taken seriously on their own terms. What they do not do is name a calendar year, describe a secular political state founded by the United Nations and Zionist movements in the mid-20th century, or declare that the 1948 declaration of independence is the fulfillment of those texts.
Key points that undermine a direct 1948 connection
1. The restoration prophecies are not time-stamped to 1948
Passages such as Isaiah 11, Isaiah 66, Jeremiah 30–33, Ezekiel 36–37, and Amos 9 speak of a return from exile, regathering, cleansing, and eventual spiritual renewal under God’s rule. None of them give a year, a political mechanism, or a description that uniquely matches the events of May 14, 1948. Interpreters who link them to 1948 are reading the modern event back into the text, not extracting a date from the text itself.
2. The return described in Scripture is repeatedly tied to spiritual restoration
Ezekiel 36–37, for example, links the physical return with the giving of a new heart, the Spirit, and national repentance. The 1948 state was established as a secular political entity; the majority of its founders and early leaders were not operating under the terms of covenant faithfulness described in those chapters. A purely political return without the accompanying spiritual conditions the prophets emphasize does not automatically equal the fulfillment they describe.
3. “This generation” and similar phrases do not lock the timeline to 1948
Claims that “this generation shall not pass” (Matthew 24:34) or the fig-tree parable must begin counting from 1948 are later interpretive overlays. The text itself does not identify the modern State of Israel as the starting point of that generation. Different schools of interpretation (premillennial, amillennial, postmillennial) have long disagreed on the referents without requiring 1948 as the linchpin.
4. Historical and prophetic returns already occurred
The Bible already records a return from Babylonian exile under Cyrus, Zerubbabel, Ezra, and Nehemiah. Later prophetic language can be understood as referring to that historical restoration, to a future eschatological restoration, or to both in progressive fashion. Inserting 1948 as the required middle stage is an addition, not a deduction required by the text.
5. The New Testament does not treat a 20th-century political state as a prophetic necessity
Jesus, Paul, and the other New Testament writers speak of the future of Israel, the land, and the people in various ways. They never present a secular nation-state in the modern sense as the indispensable next step that must occur in 1948 (or any other specific modern year) for God’s purposes to advance.

You forgot to mention - August 21, 2025 (roughly 3 weeks before his death on September 10, 2025), during a Q&A at the Alex McFarland Speaker Series event (in the Myrtle Beach/South Carolina area). 
In that appearance, when asked about his relationship with Candace Owens, Kirk said she was great friend even emphasized he would not end the friendship due to external pressure or “moral blackmail.” He referenced their shared history (traveling together, attending her wedding, etc.) and advised against demanding that people cut off personal relationships over political differences. What’s the real agenda here Sassa?
