The best way to get this number of sales a month is to go through the lead generation route.
You already have an ecommerce store with very good customer satisfaction testimonials.
Now, the best route is to target people who are just building their homes, real estates etc.
If you can bring in sales of N100m every month and N1bn+ annually, I will pay N1m monthly and still give free accomodation.
I will pay 13th month as well and I am dead serious.
I will handle logistics and everything else. Your job is just to bring customers THAT WILL BUY.
The biggest concern should be the drop in customer retention, not the revenue increase.
Because revenue growth can be temporary, but losing customers consistently is risky for long-term sustainability.
Simple terms Revenue shows the now while retention shows the future.
