Most problems are created because you don't have control over the systems of life.
You need to watch your life without bias and see what is true.
Then you can change what is causing the problem.

I've always take 1 month to test a new principle I've learned.
@Helios_Movement I've bought some blue light blocking glasses but I never use them.
Need to start using them again in the evening and also put away my phone and read on my kindle instead.
@Jazdemarcos Also a nice hack is light morning cardio for about 15min.
This helped me lose weight because I could then eat more and feel less hungry.
Also I could up my protein intake.
@_AshleyRichmond Counting the calories and tracking the macros, also a crucial step.
Without them I would be fucked while I'm cutting.
Throw some meal planning and meal prepping in and I'm ready to go.
