First I'm not a corporate guy. People who know me. They will tell you that including @Positivenga1 himself. I wear suit when it's necessary and you will never find me in suit at the office. I don't dwell into permission to do things which is a corporate thingy. I ask for forgiveness.

I understand both the "Hustle Culture" and the "Corporate Culture". I have operated in both for some time. Actually, you are doing fine with yourself crafting your own identity. You don't need to impress any corporate person.

I will not care much about what you wear. I only care what you can deliver. Almost all the founders I have worked with don't look corporate at all. They solve problems and make money.

But it is critical to define your path, if you want to work with corporate brands they have standards to follow. If it is not your niche ignore them and talk to your market.
