Salem Media Group, the right-wing talk radio network owner, issued a public apology and said it would stop distributing a discredited 2020 election conspiracy theory film after a Georgia man wrongly accused of voter fraud sued the company for defamation.
The Georgia man, Mark Andrews, said in his 2022 lawsuit that “2000 Mules,” a film and book by far-right activist Dinesh D’Souza contained a string of bogus claims about the 2020 election, leading to threats of violence against him and his family. https://t.co/jTa3XqcdQK
Yesterday’s verdict made it clear why the Federalist Society Supreme Court Justices and Judge Cannon are doing everything they can to prevent Trump from facing a jury in the J6 and classified documents cases – it’s because they know that when everyday Americans review the evidence, they will convict him.
On the night of May 30th, drones have attacked the Nebo-SVU long-range radar detection complex worth about $100 million in occupied Crimea, Ukrainian media report, citing sources.
The drones were reportedly developed by military counter-intelligence units of Ukrainian Security Service.
This radar station near Armyansk controlled a 380-km section of the frontline, ensuring the protection of Russian facilities on the territory of Crimea.
According to the source, after the drone attack, the space intelligence equipment recorded that radiation of the complex's radars was turned off and didn't come back on.
It is reported that this operation made the Russian air defense "blind" on a large part of the frontline.

Today, Maryana Checheliuk returned home from Russian captivity.
Together with her younger sister Alina, she went into Azovstal bunkers at the end of March 2022. When the Russians opened a green corridor for civilians, Maryana was not allowed through because of her service in the National Police of Ukraine.
Now she is home.

My favorite part of Trump's pro-life arc was when he collected a $1 million check from Dow Chemical for his inauguration and swiftly reversed efforts to ban a pesticide that contains neurotoxins which poison kids' brains.

Not one single person who says, "I wasn't going to vote for Trump, but now I'll crawl over radioactive burning glass covered with cobra venom to support the Dear Leader" was ever anything other than a Trump voter.
Bitches, please.
“If this can happen to Trump this can happen to any of us!”
“Yeah, that’s how laws are supposed to… anyway - you’ll figure it out.”
TN’s own @traecrowder on how the reaction to the verdict highlights the egregious hypocrisy of the *law & order* GOP 👇🏽
This is pretty scary, given that Alex Jones infamously tried to pin January 6 on the left. What the video below means is that Jones thinks far-right terrorism is coming—soon—so he must get ahead of it now by pre-blaming it on the left. Stay frosty America: these people are crazy.
3. I think for a number of reasons the DA is likely to seek a short sentence.
4. Bottom line though is there is no way Trump would see the inside of a jail cell for a few years, while appellate process runs it course, and not until his term in office ends if he's elected.
2. An important threshold issue will be whether the DA asks for some sentence, citing the above factors and others that will come through in the pre-sentence report. If the DA doesn't ask for it, then it's fairly certain Merchan won't buck both parties and impose it.
They include his spectacular lack of remorse, the previous convictions for his conduct (if not of him personally as a defendant), and the huge public pressure he continues to apply to undermine public confidence in the process. Have to consider a short sentence as a possibility.
because he is a first-time non-violent offenders, and most people of that description aren't incarcerated for the crimes for which he was convicted, are being myopic. There are a number of distinctive factors here that raise the prospect of a short jail sentence.
lots of discussion and speculation about the prospect Merchan will sentence Trump to a (short) sentence of incarceration. I just wanted to add a few points that I haven't heard in the debate.
1. The people who are saying categorically Trump will never draw a jail sentence
