Happy birthday to Pat Tillman!
A 7th-round pick in 1998, he quickly became one of the NFL's top safeties, leading all DBs with 145 tackles in 2000.
A year later, Tillman left football to join the U.S. military. In 2004, he died serving his country.
He would have been 42 today.
The #Redskins were honored to have Staff Sergeant Richard Crites sworn into the U.S. Air Force following walkthrough today. Congrats, Richard, and thank you for your service!

#Redskins lucked into Jon Allen last year but that pick made itself. Every fall their run defense sucks. Every winter they admit it. Every spring they ignore it.
Tyrann Mathieu says he'll sign with a team that has a football-first culture that's all about winning, even if that's not the team that offers him the most money https://t.co/lbGKYo2lKP
