You can get a two bed for 2.5-3.5. 10% of your rent is what you’re charged with as agency fee and commission.

Iku pa Lagos tax payer 😭. You can be paying the state 250k every month in PAYE and you won't even be able to get towing service from them. Meanwhile you don't get water or gas piped to your house, you pay additional estate dues to cover estate security men. Datiemo!!!
