I aped $PONS at $14m MC after doing an analysis on why its undervalued and shared in my TG before it did a 50x. Lives were changed from this analysis.
Afterwards, I made quite a few mistakes over the past month esp with betting on the Base eco, so I stepped away for a bit, reviewed where I went wrong and reassessed how I was approaching the market so i don't repeat my mistakes.
I arrived at $BATON after that period of reflection and that is a big part of why my conviction here is so strong.
I’ve been wrong before and I’ll be wrong again, but I don’t believe $BATON will be one of my mistakes.
In the last one month, I caught $ANSEM, $CASHCAT and more recently, $PONS from $16m to $400m+ which led me into semi-retirement.
All verifiable onchain and shared in my telegram group.
Conviction plays only

Pumpfun makes money in bull or bear but makes the most money in bull when we make money. It’s like a flywheel. Greatest misconception ever is that $PUMP doesn’t want you to win.
I’ve failed more times trading memes than I’d like to admit, and looking back, I think one of my biggest mistakes has been my inability to distinguish the main narrative from the sub-narratives.
Every single day, a new ticker appears with a new angle, a new community, and a new reason why it's supposedly the next big thing.
And every time, you're tempted to rotate.
You sell something you had genuine conviction in to chase something that looks more exciting in the moment.
Most of these sub-narratives end up being nothing more than quick flips, temporary distractions, or outright rugs.
And by the time you realize it, you've lost money, conviction, and sometimes even your position in the thing you originally believed in.
The irony is that you can identify the winning narrative early and still completely fumble the opportunity by constantly trying to outperform it.
I've done this more times than I can count.
The market will give you hundreds of distractions, but only a handful of narratives that genuinely define an entire cycle.
And the biggest money isn't necessarily made by the person who trades the most tickers. Sometimes it's made by the person who recognizes the bigger picture before everyone else and has the patience to let it develop.
That's where I think $BATON comes in.
If $PUMP is going to be the altcoin of this cycle, I believe the first Pump-paired token has a narrative advantage that shouldn't be underestimated.
Every new Pump-paired token that launches is effectively competing for attention within a narrative that $BATON helped establish.
Some will pump harder temporarily. Some will generate more excitement for a few days. Some might even outperform.
But there's a difference between catching a temporary rotation and positioning yourself around what you believe could become the defining trade of a narrative.
The former requires you to constantly be right.
The latter requires you to be right about something much bigger.
And that's the lesson I'm trying to apply to my own trading.
Stop confusing activity with opportunity. Stop assuming the newest ticker is automatically the best ticker. Stop abandoning a long-term thesis because something else is pumping today.
Of course, conviction means nothing if the underlying thesis breaks. You still have to keep evaluating it.
But if the thesis remains intact, sometimes the hardest and most profitable decision is simply doing nothing.
I've spent too much time chasing sub-narratives while the main narrative was sitting right in front of me.
I'm not making that mistake again.
$BATON is my bet on the main narrative.
I could be wrong, but I genuinely think this is the one.
Daily reminder that if you believe $pump is going much higher from here, then $baton at $100M isn’t a crazy bet, but a first target for the highest-leverage play on the token.
Wether you hate it or love it, its impossible to deny that pumpfun remains at the top when it comes to mindshare and revenue generation.
i CTOed $BATON at $1.5m mcap, holding less than 1% of the supply, because i believe in the narrative and can see it becoming a top dog on solana.
when you give people a fair entry and a narrative they can believe in, they have a reason to gather around iand bagwork.
that’s why our community is so engaged.
genuine narratives bring genuine people who are willing to put in the work.
and that’s why i believe we’ll win.
Using a cold wallet to store your coins feels almost retarded these days. Just keep them on Coinbase and sleep easy. Yeah any exchange can be hacked but the odds of Coinbase getting hacked feel close to zero. Mt Gox happened over a decade ago when the industry was still undeveloped. Nobody is hacking your wallet on Coinbase unless it’s social engineering.
in order to get super rich, you need to absolutely love boring, heavily accumulated, ridiculously mispriced memes that somehow refuse to die.
weeks or even months of going absolutely nowhere. every little pump gets sold, every dip gets bought, people lose patience and move on.
meanwhile, supply slowly ends up in the hands of absolute psychopaths who simply refuse to sell.
then attention comes back and what looked like a dead meme starts printing the most ridiculous candles you’ve ever seen.
$PUMP made 32% more revenue than $HYPE this week
While Pump trades at a 7x smaller valuation and is still down 30% from its ATH
Both have been the kings of their sector consistently for 2+ years
HYPE already made new highs this year, PUMP still has to break its old one and has more room left
Would you buy PUMP over HYPE right now?
the baton is being passed.
not because solana:Hg5Ja55T5wESq4vyFoiVCMeHXtGyVA69X2UHq8hgpump needs someone to carry it, but because more people are starting to believe in what it represents.

every new hand that picks it up makes the movement stronger.
the bulls aren’t chasing $BATON.
they’re running with it.
