@KothCap Also just my personal opinion, but considering you’re 19, single, don’t have kids, and are still young, invest while you can. No need to splurge and spend $10K a month unless you REALLY need it. Use your money to make more money and invest.

@KothCap There’s a few ways to go about it. But based off of the comments and your situation, go rent. Find something cheap, live like you’re broke, and put some money into stocks/index funds, your Roth IRA, and high-yield savings accounts. Only time to buy a house is for land/pay cash.
