@aarctanz My volume is rather on the lower end these days in only do 2 sets per exercise so in total 15 s ts for legs(squats 3sets) excluding warm ups.
Dont chase volume lift heavy mostly in the range of 6-8 reps and some accessories 10-15 reps till failure that's all
