จริงๆ มีกฎหมายคุ้มครองเรื่องบูลลี่ในที่ทำงาน แต่ก็ไม่ช่วยอะไรเพราะฟ้องไปก็เป็นแบบนี้ มีตักเตือนก่อน สุดท้ายเหยื่อก็โดนแกล้งหนักกว่าเดิมซะอีก

สุดท้ายคุณคังที่หมดหนทาง เลยจบชีวิตช่วงต้นเดือนมิถุนายนที่ผ่านมานี้เอง ส่วนอีพวกขี้บูลลี่คนอื่นก็ยังไม่มีระบุว่าโดนลงโทษอะไร รพก็ออกมาอ้างว่าก่อนหน้านี้จะให้คนผิดย้ายแผนกแต่คุณคังไม่เอา (วิธีลงโทษแบบใด แค่ให้ย้ายแผนกแต่ก็อยู่รพเดียวกัน) ก็จะลงโทษให้แล้วไงแต่คุณคังไม่เอาเอง รพอ้างไปเรื่อย

ระบบแทอุม คำว่าแทอุมมาจากความหมายว่า ‘เผาวิญญาณจนกว่าจะกลายเป็นเถ้าถ่าน’ เป็นธรรมเนียมตามรพในเกาหลีที่พวกรุ่นพี่ใช้กลั่นแกล้งกดขี่พนักงานคนใหม่ หมอก็ยังโดน เป็นนรกของคนทำงานในรพ โดยเฉพาะคนที่รุ่นพี่รู้ว่ามีภาระทางการเงิน โดนแกล้งไปก็ลาออกไม่ได้ ออกแล้วแกจะเอาอะไรกิน

สมมติพยาบาลรุ่นพี่จะกลับบ้าน พยาบาลรุ่นน้องต้องทิ้งงานมาถือกระเป๋าให้ พยาบาลรุ่นน้องเวลาทำงานห้ามเดิน ต้องวิ่งทำตัวยุ่งเข้าไว้ ถ้ารุ่นพี่ทำผิด รุ่นน้องต้องรับผิดแทน ไม่ชอบใครคนนั้นโดนแบนจากทั้งรพ โดนสั่งงานปลอมๆ ให้ทำผิด แบ่งพรรคพวก เรียกว่าเบื้องหน้าเป็นรพ แต่เบื้องหลังคือนรกของคนทำงาน
