Fair play to Lando Norris for apologizing, because Franco Colapinto absolutely did not deserve that treatment.

Hopefully Lando learns from it, because this isn’t the first time he’s been disrespectful towards fellow drivers:

- throwing Hamilton's cap away on live TV
- “no talent, just luck” after Max’s Brazil masterclass.
- saying Max should retire because “we get paid a lot of money” over the battery regs, while Max is actually sticking his neck out for all the drivers over those shit regulations.
- acting like everything in F1 came easy for Max while he had to work for it.
- saying Franco deserved a race ban over a racing incident.

This is Lando’s 8th season in F1. He’s not a rookie anymore. He should know better than to say things like this on camera and only think about it afterwards.

After BGIS, fans kept saying that the BGMI team wasn’t practising enough. Management ignored those concerns. The result? The BMPS blunder.

Then came the jersey issue. Fans kept asking for the jersey they wanted, and eventually, they did return with what the fans wanted. But honestly, was all that drama really necessary?

Then the EWC lineups. People were saying that the mid season lineups weren’t looking right, but those concerns weren’t taken seriously either. The result? Another disappointing EWC.

And it doesn’t stop there.

There is no proper social media presence, no proper communication, and barely any consistent content around esports. So how exactly are you planning to make a comeback?

You cannot build a positive environment by simply ignoring negativity. When negativity is allowed to prevail, it becomes the environment itself.

The management needs to take the initiative. Start communicating. Start listening. Start creating proper esports related content. Give the community something positive to talk about.

Right now, the environment has become such that anyone who comes in ends up pointing out the same problems and leaving.

At some point, talking about the problems isn’t enough. An initiative has to be taken to fix them.

Because the longer this continues, the further it gets from being repaired.
