Looks like TB may have knowingly committed textbook witness intimidation of Paul O’Keefe in the months leading up to Karen Read’s second trial for the murder of Paul’s brother. Kearney texted NJ Lindsay to say: “it’s def going to hurt Paul's credibility. He told you in text that he was possibly drunk while he testified.” His own words are prima facie evidence that he *wanted* to hurt Paul’s credibility as a witness by publicly humiliating the murder victim’s brother to an online audience of hundreds of thousands of people.

“Whoever … misleads, intimidates or harasses another person who is a witness or potential witness, or a family member of a person described in this section, with the intent to or with reckless disregard for the fact that it may; (1) impede, obstruct, delay, prevent or otherwise interfere with … a trial or other criminal proceeding of any type … or punish, harm or otherwise retaliate against any such person described in this section’s participation in any proceeding described in this section … such person shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 20 years or by imprisonment in the house of corrections for not more than 21/2 years or by a fine of not more than $10,000 or by both such fine and imprisonment.”
