im realing now that a lot of my followers on here strugle with similar anxiety issues and after my last post a lot of people have asked what ive done to deal and get through mine. here is a small list of things ive done that may help.

Edmund fun fact: this week I went on a vacation with the family! This is the first time I’ve left my “safe zone” in over 15 years. As some of you know I’ve suffered from anxiety my whole life and agoraphobia for a long time. There was a time I couldn’t leave the house without suffering vomit inducing panic attack.. but with a lot of work and support from Danielle I achieved something I thought I could never do. Just putting this out there to whoever needs it, you can do it!

I'm devastated about Ashley (youngestoldcatlady)'s passing... I never got to meet her, but through her posts and work we could tell she was a wonderful soul, inspiring to many others like me.
Humanity suffered a huge loss today. 💔
