❇️With the generous cooperation of Yoshikubo Sake Brewery in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture, which provides sake to the VIP guests at Dodgers Stadium, we played music by Italian pianist Alberto Pizzo to the yeast during the brewing process using Deviaret Bluetooth speakers, the best in the industry. We are very happy that the resulting sake turned out to be a wonderful one. This is a sake with a musical sound, based on the concept that music can change the world. We are finally announcing this year-long project.

A live performance by the Japanese cultural group Shofu Rōgetsu, who collaborated with the famous Italian pianist Alberto at his concert

The venue is the traditional and cool location of the head temple, Koboji Temple, in Mita, Tokyo.
