I have been a PokerStars customer for over twenty years but in the last three and a half years, I have twice been subjected to an arbitrary and bogus "security" c
heck which has frozen my account.

It's now over four months since my @PokerStars account was frozen for a "regular" security review. It's supposed to take no more than 72 hours. I still can't get any information at to in what way I'm supposed to have breached the terms of use. I'm so sorry to their socmed team...
