12 hour day at the restaurant... Consumed 1148 calories and am still in a 1025 cal deficit. I can't physically eat more with what little time I have on my break
Learning to drive manual and my stupid autistic brain gets so overstimulated and overwhelmed every lesson. I feel like a fucking idiot for making mistakes and can't let it go. I don't want to give up but I don't think it's worth my self-esteem being battered

I liked the original Slay the Spire. Never beat it because I'm shit at it, but I did enjoy it quite a bit.
I've heard the sequel is great.
I will not buy the sequel because of her involvement. I will not support a company that gives any credibility or support to this actual grifter who has done immense damage to gaming as a hobby through her outright dishonest claims about gamers and the games we play. She deserves no place in this industry and any company that supports her deserves to go bankrupt.
I started commenting on YouTube because of Josh. He died not knowing the true impact he had and it seems criminal now to think about it. He brightened so many lives and he never knew. It can't happen again
Still fucks me up that KingCobraJFS is gone. I had to somehow explain to my mum the other day who Josh was. Ultimately a fiercely unique and genuine person who can never be replaced. I was a silent follower for what, a decade? Wish you knew how much you were loved. Miss you, king
I realised soon in that carbs are my enemy. My energy levels are all over the place on my normal diet. It's taught me that a lower carb diet is optimal for my body. Even when off keto I think I'll stick to lower carb. Not <20g but <100g is sustainable.
Keto & 10-20k steps a day for 4 weeks has helped me drop 4kg. It's plateaued I think due to lean muscle gain with my arm, leg & ab training, and 500-600 calorie sessions on my stationary bike. But I can say I've never felt better. I may be hitting 36 this year but I don't feel it
