@brucekesselring@MikamakV@BliniEnjoyer@LegalYookay Recording worked for me when I was a subordinate in meetings with both genders. Seemingly it works for millions of other employees who have to abide by that policy as well. If you’re gonna take the complaint of one woman on Reddit as your rule of law, then more power to you.
@brucekesselring@MikamakV@BliniEnjoyer@LegalYookay I never said I personally adopted the policy the guy in the post has, but I understand it, and if it works best for him then great. Clearly his company agrees. I assume you’re smart enough to know you can understand and comprehend things without adopting them fully yourself.
@brucekesselring@MikamakV@BliniEnjoyer@LegalYookay Of course I did. But almost everywhere I’ve worked has implemented recording meetings for the very reason I mentioned above. Not just women either, it’s always smart to record meetings or have another person present so you’re not in a he/she said situation
@MikamakV@brucekesselring@BliniEnjoyer@LegalYookay When did I ever say I was accused of anything? 6/8 of my last direct superiors in the workplace were women and I have great relationships with all of them to this day. Did you have a hard time reading what I wrote?
@brucekesselring@BliniEnjoyer@LegalYookay Idk if you’ve ever worked alongside women but they’re super quick to throw out accusations he’s making sure it’s not his word versus theirs on anything.
